JEE Main 2016 – Important Facts of JEE Mains

JEE Main is a national level UG exam which is conducted by CBSE. The exam is scheduled to be held in two phases i.e. online and offline. JEE main aspirants can know all important facts of JEE Main 2016 in this page.

CBT and P&P:

 P&P stands for Paper and Pen mode which is to be held on April 3 and CBT Stands for Computer Based Test, such exam will be held on April 9, 10 in two shifts of 3 hours each.

Recently it is noted that the exam conducting authority, Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has decided to make use of hand-held metal detectors to frisk candidates appearing in various entrance examinations. Approximately 8,000 hand-held metal detectors will be used at different centres.
